ACCE is always looking for ways to strengthen our partners' profits and save time, too. Here's a cost-cutting measure that could save your agency time and paperwork.

The EOUST will accept electronic files that are maintained on the ACCE system - so your agency can spend less time on paperwork. The EOUST does not require you to keep paper files.

Many agencies that are approved and providing bankruptcy services are still maintaining paper files on each bankruptcy client. In some cases, your agency may be keeping paperwork to satisfy a HUD demand to track all clients. However, in other cases, the paperwork is simply a safety net in the event of a Quality Service Review from the EOUST.

By using ACCE materials, your information is stored in our system, so you don't need to keep paper files. If you are concerned about the safety of your ACCE files, you might be happy to know that ACCE has redundant backup systems on opposite ends of South Dakota. Your information is safe with ACCE.
